Job description

• You will be responsible for the smooth flow of the inbound and outbound of our products, playing a crucial role at the heart of our logistics operation;
• Together with your team, you are on standby to arrange the receipt of goods, efficiently loading and unloading trucks and containers;
• As an active link in our logistics process, you are the driving force behind the collection and preparation of outgoing goods, using our advanced scanning system (WMS);
• You contribute to truck loading, where teamwork and speed come together to get our products to their destination safely and on time;
• Safety and cleanliness are your priority, ensuring our working environment is always orderly, clean and safe for everyone;
• You are responsible for carefully managing our stocks, with efficiency at the heart of ensuring smooth storage and satisfying our customers at all times;
• Your insights and ideas will be invaluable for the further professionalisation of our logistics operation, where together we strive for continuous improvements and efficiency;
• Although you will mainly work at our Honselersdijk location, you are flexible enough to provide support at our Maasdijk location, making your role even more versatile.

What do we ask of you?

With MBO working and thinking level and a logistics background and/or experience working in a logistics environment, you bring a good foundation to this team. Due to your accurate and quality-conscious attitude, you are constantly alert to our products. You are good at mental arithmetic and have spatial insight.
You work in a team as well as independently. Your initiative is appreciated and at the end of the day you will have correctly processed both incoming and outgoing goods. In the hectic logistics landscape, you are stress-resistant and flexible and have a good work mentality. You bring your experience on the forklift and reach truck. And we will teach you to work on the high-bay truck.
In short, you are not just a hard worker; you are a sociable force who can work both independently and as part of a team.
